Easy Ways to Pay

Invoices can be delivered either by email or in the post, whichever you prefer.

Payments can be taken either as cheque, cash, BACS or debit / credit card on the day. Alternatively, if you decide to pay by card after you have received an invoice, I can make an appointment to see you and collect payment which is quick and simple – it only takes a couple of minutes.

1st hour £70 plus VAT (£84 inc VAT)
Thereafter every hour £65 plus VAT (£78 inc VAT)
Per quarter hour £16.25 plus VAT (£19.50 inc VAT)
Part hourly rate Pro rata based on thereafter rate
Emergency callout
Please note: Emergency callout is available for genuine emergencies only e.g. water leaks causing severe damage. Thank you.
£150 Plus VAT (£180 inc VAT)
Boiler service and Landlord gas safety checks £70 plus VAT (£84 inc VAT)
